Use of the app
Apni Chai is provided for tea stall sellers and customers to manage daily tea entries, customer requests, khata, UPI QR details, and basic reports.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for the mobile number, Google account, stall details, customer details, and payment information submitted in the app.
Payment responsibility
Apni Chai does not guarantee or settle UPI payments. Customer payment and seller verification are manual. Sellers must confirm payment before closing pending khata.
Seller subscriptions
Premium or Pro features may require an active subscription. Admin can activate, renew, expire, or update seller plans based on payment and service rules.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit fake orders, fake payment screenshots, abusive support messages, or incorrect stall/customer information.
Service availability
Features may depend on internet connection, hosting availability, push notification service, and third-party login or messaging providers.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms when app features, subscription rules, or legal requirements change.
